Sophie works closely with organisations to help them realise their strategy, and execute on their ambitions.
She brings over eight years of experience advising on whole of organisation transformations, supporting organisations through performance improvement initiatives, mergers and integrations, establishment of new entities and organisation restructures.
Her work across Australia and New Zealand has included advising government and corporate clients to deliver on their largest and most complex strategic programmes.
Her absolute focus is on successful implementation. She brings a practical, outcomes focus to her work and has broad experience in working alongside executive leadership during change and transition programmes.
In this she has built a reputation as someone trusted to lead her teams and clients through ambiguity and change to achieve results. She knows the value of relationships and stakeholder influence and is invested in working with organisations throughout periods of transition.
With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, Sophie additionally brings strong experience in managing the people side of transformation, and in seeing implementation through end to end.
