Mr. Hayward brings over two decades of experience in company turnarounds and transformations.

He has assisted clients across the United Kingdom, United States and Europe, and joins us from Alvarez and Marsal in the Middle East. 

Prior to joining KordaMentha, Mr. Hayward spent his career providing transformative advisory and management services to boards, management teams, financial institutions and government departments. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including construction, media, pharmaceuticals, facilities management and manufacturing.

Mr. Hayward has held numerous interim management and director roles to assist in stabilising situations and driving change. This included a role as a Director of a Middle East-based private equity fund working to stabilise assets, identify value loss and pursue litigation to recover value. Mr. Hayward has extensive experience developing and implementing turnaround plans, including a secondment to the Government of Dubai to advise on a large sovereign restructuring.

Mr. Hayward is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
