Mark Korda and Leanne Chesser were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Timbercorp Limited (‘TIM’) on 23 April 2009. Furthermore, Voluntary Administrators have been appointed over Timbercorp Group of Companies (‘the Group’) (see below).
On 29 June 2009, each of the Voluntary Administrators were appointed as Liquidators of the companies for which they were previously appointed as Voluntary Administrators.
