All employees of Thrive Collective Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) received correspondence on Monday 17 December 2018 detailing their outstanding employee entitlements as at the date of appointment of Voluntary Administrators.
This correspondence is to be reviewed, signed and returned to the Administrators’ staff by close of business Wednesday 19 December 2018.

I refer to the appointment of Scott Langdon and Rahul Goyal as administrators (‘the Administrators’) of the Company and to prior correspondence issued to employees and Creditors of the Company.
On 18 December 2018, the Administrators made an application to the Supreme Court of NSW to allow the Administrators to enter into a funding agreement to permit the Company to pay entitlements owing to former employees prior to 25 December 2018. The Administrators sought, amongst other things, an order to limit their personal liability in respect of the proposed funding agreement. The Court made the Orders as requested, a copy of which are attached.
This correspondence is issued to creditors in accordance with Order 3(a). Pursuant to Orders 4 and 6, any affected creditor may apply to the Court to vary or discharge Orders 2 and 7 on or prior to 11am on 21 December 2018.
