Grant Robert Graham and Neale Jackson were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the assets and undertaking of the Company on 27 May 2015 pursuant to a court order made under s 522 Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. The receivership ended on 27 August 2015.
On 24 July 2015 Neale Jackson and Grant Graham were appointed liquidators by the Court under the Companies Act 1993.

Arena took funds from investors (‘clients’) purportedly for investment in foreign exchange transactions. Transactions with clients were recorded in a spreadsheet analysis. We have secured and realised the Company’s assets and have written to all known clients regarding their accounts. We are now focusing on recovery actions.
We have funds available for an initial distribution to clients and creditors of Arena. On 22 February 2017 we filed an application with the Court seeking directions regarding the distribution of recovered assets to Arena’s clients and creditors (see “Directions Application re Distribution of Assets” link under “Documents” below).
All Court documents we file and material developments (including any hearing date) will be posted on this website.
