Trish has over 18 years experience in a broad range of corporate and personal appointments including Receiverships, Voluntary Administration, Liquidation, Deeds of Company Arrangement and special purpose consultancies. Prior to joining KordaMentha, Trish managed a large portfolio within the ANZ Bank’s Asset Management Department where her primary functions involved the recommendation and implementation of recovery and turnaround strategies for impaired credit requiring realisation of all types of assets. Also during her banking career, Trish conducted internal audits of the Bank’s credit and retail sectors in addition to credit assessment and approval functions within the Bank’s branch network. Trish travelled extensively throughout Queensland during her time with the bank, thus gaining an appreciation of relevant local factors and rural issues affecting the state.

As a result of her extensive experience in both the finance and insolvency sectors, Trish has a unique perspective and a real-world approach to facilitate creative and realistic strategies. Trish has experienced a large variety of industries, including commercial and residential property, hospitality, construction, rural, export and many others.

Trish has been involved in a number of trading appointments and also has an extensive knowledge of the statutory and regulatory compliance requirements of both the finance and insolvency regimes. Her time in the finance sector has also provided an invaluable insight into servicing the requirements of secured creditors from her understanding the client’s needs.

Having previously been accredited as Workplace Health and Safety Officer, Trish also has a special interest in risk management of WHS issues which are having an increasing impact on trading appointments.
