Scott has over eight years of corporate advisory and restructuring experience. He has extensive and varied experience in operational management and time sensitive cost restructuring initiatives of entities in formal external insolvency and informally for clients, in particular Syndicated Banking arrangements.
Specifically, Scott has a strong skill set in distressed property work outs through his financial and technical expertise as a Chartered Accountant, combined with strong project management skills and a detailed knowledge of property development. Scott has effectively acted as CEO/CFO to cost manage and project manage a number of large developments.
In addition, Scott has worked closely with the Board of Directors and senior management on a number of confidential informal profitability reviews including a clothing designer and importer, national cleaning company and bedding manufacturer.
