Michael has been working in the property and finance industry for more than 10 years. Michael commenced his career with Ernst & Young, working in the Assurance & Advisory Services division with a focus on the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction industry. During this time Michael worked with a number of large property players, including both listed and unlisted companies and international institutions.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Michael worked with one of Australia’s largest structured property finance and investment firms. In this role Michael provided advice to a number of property investors and developers and offered structured finance solutions for their various property transactions throughout Australia. Through this experience, Michael developed a deep knowledge of the property investment and construction industry as well as the structured property finance market.
Michael is client focused and offers a high degree of financial acumen and a solution based approach.

- Wholesale property fund with assets in excess of $400 million
- Multiple real estate mortgage trusts

- A development portfolio with an on-completion value of approximately $250 million
