Mark commenced his career with Arthur Andersen before joining KordaMentha and has over 12 years of professional experience in Corporate Restructuring and Advisory.

In addition to having gained significant experience advising and managing corporate insolvency and reconstruction matters, Mark also specialises in financial modelling, enterprise valuation and transaction services.

Mark’s experience spans many industries including financial services, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, retailing, healthcare, aviation and mining.

Recent assignments have included strategic advisory, diagnostic reviews, financial analysis and valuation, pre-lending reviews, wholesale capital raisings, acquisition advisory and management of both formal and informal corporate insolvencies and reconstructions.
