Lily Yap has more than 20 years of diverse corporate experience in finance and accounting, financial planning, analysis and control, and auditing. Lily has significant experience in managing financial affairs of corporations, with over fourteen years acting as a financial controller of various large multinational firms.

Prior to joining KordaMenthaNeo, Lily most recently worked at a major securities firm as a financial advisory consultant. Prior to that, Lily was the regional financial controller of a number of large hotel groups, the most recent of which operated eight hotels in Asia, Europe, and the US. In her various roles, Lily has gained significant experience in managing large groups of financial professionals across numerous locations. Lily started her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor.

Lily’s varied corporate experience enables her to assist corporations from improving their internal control systems to helping them manage cashflows during crisis situations. Lily is able to enhance internal controls, corporate governance, operating efficiency and implement group accounting policies and procedures. Lily is also able to assist prepare financial forecasts for distressed companies, manage cashflows and identify sources of financing. Lily is a qualified financial adviser and her recent experience in the financial advisory industry means she also has detailed knowledge of capital markets.
