Jarrod has specialised in forensic accounting and investigations for the past 12 years. He has conducted investigations relating to financial statement fraud, market manipulation, employee misconduct and compliance and regulatory violations. Jarrod has also conducted forensic accounting engagements relating to quantification of economic loss. He has also assisted internal auditors with fraud detection.
The recent focus of Jarrod’s work is in the international anti-corruption regulatory environment. He has extensive experience both investigating violations of and assessing compliance with applicable anti-corruption legislation, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), on behalf of some of the world’s largest companies in over 20 countries across the globe. Jarrod has also been a presenter and author on anti-corruption compliance.
Jarrod has conducted forensic accounting and investigation assignments in a variety of industries. His experience has been gained within the “Big 4” as well as time spent working within the UK financial regulator. In addition, Jarrod was previously the in-house forensic accountant at a Fortune 100 manufacturing company based in Switzerland, thus giving him unique insight in to the internal workings of a large corporation.
Jarrod has experience with corporate investigations that involve regulators, including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Department of Justice and UK Financial Services Authority.
