Janna has 15 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and advisory, with a particular focus on advising bilateral and syndicate lenders in relation to restructuring their distressed exposures.

Janna has experience in broad range of restructuring and advisory roles, diagnostic reviews and, where appropriate, formal insolvency appointments. The experience spans a wide range of industries, including Utilities, Infrastructure, Transport, and Construction. Her extensive insolvency experience forms the basis upon which a business stabilisation plan and restructuring alternatives can be developed and assessed. Janna takes a hands on approach to negotiating and implementing restructure solutions. Janna joined KordaMentha in 2004 as a founding member of the Sydney office.
