Haydn has over 16 years experience in property advisory and delivery, across a broad range of asset class, with a particular focus on independent development reviews, property development workouts and transaction management.
As a specialist property consultant, Haydn has acted for many of many of our major financial institutions, having advised on and managed projects from small to medium in size, to large scale. Haydn has specialist skills to assist in formal insolvency and informal workout engagements for property developments and construction businesses in financial distress, as well managing the sale of a range of assets over the years. He has also acted as a lead advisor to a range of corporates and government departments.
Haydn is a partner of KordaMentha and a Managing Director of 333 Real Estate, having lead the Development and Construction practice for a number of years.
