Grant’s range of consulting and insolvency assignments has extended from providing financial and business advice to organisations including litigation support and action as an expert witness in legal cases; advice in relation to acquisitions and mergers from strategic opportunity right through to completion of merger or acquisition; strategic planning and direction; valuation of shares in public and private companies; overseeing asset sell down programmes in distressed or enforced sale situation; assisting in sales and sell downs of businesses; reconstructions including public companies to small family owned businesses; cost cutting reviews and implementation of same.

Grant is a director of Electricity Corporation of New Zealand Ltd (SOE), Turners Auctions Ltd, North Harbour Rugby Union, Anglican Trusts Board and a Trustee of the Auckland Zoological Trust.
