Claire began her career in the insolvency industry in 2003 and has extensive experience in Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Deed of Company Arrangements, PIA Arrangements and Bankruptcies.

Her experience extends across a broad range of industries including property development, construction, retirement villages, and real estate agencies. As a result of both formal and informal appointments in Australia, Claire has gained extensive experience in management of cash flow and liquidity, working capital analysis, and financial forecasts, and has worked in conjunction with The Office of Fair Trading in appointments under the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.

Claire’s recent experience includes a leading role in a receivership appointment to a group of entities involved in the operation of a retirement village, and has had a significant role in loan portfolio management and the sell down of large quantities of completed units and vacant development sites.
