Brad leads KordaMentha’s Brisbane Real Estate operations and brings to this position an extensive track record in the property and finance industries, from his commencement in commercial real estate agency activities through to major project financing and development roles with Australia’s leading institutions.

Brad has been involved with the financing of landmark Australian projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland through Joint Ventures, SPVs, Wholesale Funds, Syndicates, Family Companies, Partnerships, Public Companies, Listed Property Trusts and Unlisted Trusts.

Operating in Melbourne with the National Australia Bank and later Macquarie Bank, Brad structured finance packages for most types of property developments, from office buildings to shopping centres, business parks, residential subdivisions, industrial estates and projects, hotels, aged care facilities and public infrastructure.

During Australia’s economic recession in the early 1990s he was engaged in the restructuring of the National Australia Bank’s distressed property loan book, taking responsibility for strategy creation, construction, sales, leasing and operational roles in a cross-section of properties.

Brad’s hands-on experience in transaction management and development management delivers particular expertise in the evaluation of projects, remedial strategy planning, due diligence and the management of professional consultants and contractors to efficiently and effectively optimise project outcomes.
