Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in corporate recovery and corporate advisory, with a particular focus on due diligence and independent businesses reviews.
As a registered liquidator, Andrew has often acted in a principal capacity in managing and divesting underperforming businesses. This experience informs his approach to due diligence and independent business reviews.
He focuses on value maximisation as well as risk mitigation, and his ‘hands on’ experience in managing transactions leads him to take a commercial and resourceful approach to risk mitigation.
Andrew worked in the UK and Malaysia before joining KordaMentha in 2002.
Andrew manages the KordaMentha Research Unit and is responsible for developing intellectual property and sharing KordaMentha’s specialist knowledge with clients and stakeholders.
