1. KordaMentha has created this Privacy Policy and Collection Statement (together referred to as "this Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy.
2. KordaMentha is bound by the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles NNPs.
3. KordaMentha will update this privacy policy as required. If it is changed, the changes will be posted on KordaMentha´s website so that you are always aware of the sort of information collected, how the information may be used, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed by KordaMentha.
4. Please note that if at any time KordaMentha is required by law to release information about you or your organisation, KordaMentha must cooperate fully.
5. This Privacy Policy does not apply to acts or practices of KordaMentha that are directly related to employee records of current or former employees.
What Sort Of Information Does KordaMentha Collect?
6. KordaMentha collects information about you ("the Information") in two different ways
(a) KordaMentha may monitor employees´ personal emails to ensure adherence to KordaMentha´s email and internal use policy´
(b) KordaMentha collects information when it is appointed to a corporation under provisions of the Corporations Act or is providing advisory services regarding a corporation.

7. KordaMentha will not consider employment applications without the requested information.

8. KordaMentha collects the Information to provide you with a specific service.
Who Does KordaMentha Disclose Personal Information To?
9. KordaMentha will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to third parties any personal information obtained from you unless you consent.
10. KordaMentha may disclose personal information to its related body corporates.
11. KordaMentha may release personal information to its subcontractors for the purpose of payroll processes.
12. KordaMentha develops aggregate (ie not individual) reports which incorporate some of the Information. The reports are for use by our business parties. However, these reports do not include any personally identifiable information.

15. KordaMentha gives you the following option for assessing and modifying Information previously provided. You may gain access to Information that KordaMentha has collected about you. We will not charge you for responding to such a request, unless we incur costs in providing the information.
