On 23 June 2008, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the assets and undertakings of the abovenamed company pursuant to a General Security Agreement dated 30 January 2008 in favour of the Company’s financiers.
The Receivers seek expressions of interest in the sale of the business as a going concern. The Company designs and manufactures active optical guidance systems which utilises inductive power technology studs.
