KordaMentha recently acquired Pilot Asia Capital, a Jakarta based Restructuring Advisory practice that has been operating in Indonesia since 1998. Robert Jolly, KordaMentha Partner and former owner and Managing Director of Pilot Asia Capital, will oversee the Indonesian Practice and its highly experienced local team that brings over 40 years of collective experience working with international and local clients in situations of distress. Robert Jolly has over 25 years of experience in the fields of corporate advisory, recovery, turnaround and restructuring in Asia, of which 17 years have been in Indonesia. 

Robert Jolly said, “KordaMentha’s Jakarta practice will provide Indonesian clients with access to the same independent and award winning forensic, restructuring and advisory services provided to clients across Australia and Singapore, as well as benefit from our extensive local knowledge and experience. KordaMentha has a strong reputation across Asia-Pacific, having managed many of the region’s largest commercial matters over the past decade. The firm is best known in Asia for their recent work on Pertamina, Jakarta’s state owned energy company and aims to further their position in the region through the establishment of a permanent office in Indonesia.
