The addition boosts KordaMentha’s investigation, fraud risk management and regulatory compliance capabilities to service public and private sector clients.

Glen, a former senior executive leader at the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) has joined as a Senior Consultant in KordaMentha Forensics’ Sydney office.

Glen has over 30 years’ experience, having conducted and managed many of Australia’s most high profile and complex corporate investigations including HIH, James Hardie, Fincorp and Trio. Glen’s deep understanding of the regulatory landscape enables him to provide quality services to corporations on how to effectively respond to government investigations or regulatory action.

Glen brings a unique skill set which will complement those of our existing senior forensic investigation and fraud risk management practitioners: Owain Stone, Rob Cockerell and Anthony Hodgkinson (Melbourne), Jarrod Baker (Perth) and Richard Bennison and John Temple-Cole (Sydney).

Owain Stone said: “We are looking to continue to build and grow the pre-eminent investigation team. KordaMentha has the right culture and structure to allow us to develop the full potential of our team. We provide the full suite of forensic accounting services to corporate, government and legal clients across Australia and Asia Pacific. Glen’s unrivalled corporate investigation skills and regulatory experience will greatly add to our capabilities.”

Mark Korda said: “We are delighted to have Glen join us. He has a very strong reputation within the Australian regulatory investigation market. Increasing levels of investigation work mean there is a need for high quality experienced investigation specialists who do not have the conflicts that restrict the larger accounting firms.”
