If you have explored the above avenue and you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact the Risk Management Director by email at [email protected] with the word ‘Complaint’ in the subject title or by mail at GPO Box 2985, Melbourne Victoria 3001.
We will endeavour to respond to you within a week of receiving your complaint. If we are not able to resolve the complaint within that timeframe, we will provide you with an outline of our intended actions and the expected timeframe in which a full response will be provided.
