At KordaMentha, we’re known for coming up with bold new ways to help clients solve their most complex commercial problems. However, as the world continues to change, so too will the nature and complexity of the problems our clients face.
While it is impossible to know what is around the corner, one thing is certain. We’ll need bright minds with fresh perspectives to help us solve the most challenging business problems of tomorrow.
Each year, we recruit a select number of bright, well-rounded graduates and students in the final year of their degree for our award-winning graduate program. We also look for students in their penultimate year for 4 or 8-week work placements through our vacationer program which runs during the summer university break.
Rather than run a rotational program, we recruit graduates and vacationers directly into one of our specialist areas below based on their interests, skills and field of study so they can sink their teeth into their chosen career sooner.
Applications are now open for a 2018 Graduate role in Townsville. Click here to apply. All other applications will open in February 2018. To receive updates about our recruitment dates, click here.
Join our restructuring group and help distressed companies
Join our real estate group and advise on a wide range of property assets
Join our forensic group and find the facts at the centre of disputes and investigations.
Join our forensic technology group and work to secure electronic evidence.
When you join us as a graduate or vacationer, you immediately become part of a unique, creative and entrepreneurial team that work together to solve complex business problems. You’ll work in a supportive environment where you are encouraged to ask “What if...?” and “Why not...?” to find new ways to help clients grow, protect and recover value. And you’ll get to work with and learn from a great mix of people with diverse backgrounds while we invest in your study and training.
But it’s not all about work. We host regular events and sporting activities, bringing together our close-knit team in a friendly and relaxed environment so you can get to know the people behind the professionals. You’ll also be encouraged and supported to make a positive difference in your community through regular charity and industry events.
In addition to the above, you’ll have the opportunity to:
